Inventory made easy!
Use this function to take stock of a created location. This makes a comfortable target/actual comparison possible and helps to find out directly which tools and machines are available. This check is possible for a specific date, e.g. for an annual inventory of the tool storage rooms, but also at any other time.
Select inventory in the menu of the UnTouch App on the smartphone and select the location to check (for example, a specific job site). You will see a list of machines and tools that should be present at the selected location.
Then scan/capture all machines on site with the UnTouch Phone. In the app, you now see at a glance which devices are available and which are missing or too much. The collected data is transferred directly to the web application UnTouch Web.
In UnTouch Web, the inventory list is available for further processing directly in the office. Now missing machines can be booked out or replaced with new ones.
With this short inventory, you have the opportunity to check construction sites where tools are used in the long term. If in the meanwhile tools have been replaced or additionally added, you will directly know it. Bring order to your machine and tool park and start with the UnTouch Inventory Package this year.
